Let us tell you that, CBFC looks into the certification of the film and before the film is released, the producer is applied for the certificate. The Censor Board gives four types of certificates. In this, the U certificate means that no restrictions have been imposed on the film and it can be seen with the whole family.

A UA certificate means that the film must be watched by children below the age of 12 years accompanied by their parents. At the same time, A means adult certificate means that the audience below the age of 18 years cannot watch the film.

On the other hand, S (Special Class of Persons) certificate means that the film is made for a particular class. This also means that the film cannot be shown to every audience. The censor board has also suggested 12 cuts on Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Pathan’, in which no suggestion has been made regarding Deepika Padukone’s controversial bikini scene.
